Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track My Order page.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over 120€

• Orders under 120€ will be charged 3€ if you live in Estonia

• Orders under 120€ will be charged 9€ if you live in rest of Europe

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, send a message through our inbox (bottom right dot on your screen) with the following:

1. Your order number

2. The item(s) you want to return

3. A brief reason (optional)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To change an item, please return the original and place a new order.
